Change is hard – most people avoid it. If you feel like you’re going against the system, the battle becomes even harder. Currently, a large and growing number of patients are realizing that going to their physician may not be the only way to treat their medical issues.

Here Are 5 Natural Ways to Relieve Your Neck Pain Right Now...

(Especially If You Can’t Sleep At Night Or You’re Facing Dangerous Surgery)

The “battle lines” have been drawn. On one side is Allopathic Medicine, which is probably what you are thinking of right now. That is what your traditional doctor practices. He uses many different drugs, sometimes surgery or radiation to treat cancers, diabetes, high blood pressure and a spectrum of health challenges.

On the other side of the ring is the Holistic Medicine Practitioner, who tries to use drug-free, non-invasive treatments to get you better. Let’s take a look at how this medical divide happened…

Picture yourself sitting in the your doctor’s waiting room – probably for a long time. His assistant comes through the door from the hallway to the waiting room and calls your name. They weigh you and take your height. Next, they lead you to a private room and slap a blood pressure cuff on you. Usually, your readings are high because you just jogged down the hall. Sound familiar?

You then sit, again, waiting for your doctor. When he eventually shows up, the stopwatch starts ticking. Why? The average medical appointment lasts 6 minutes these days (down from 7 minutes in 2017).

So, you ask yourself now, what can your doctor do in 6 minutes? Usually, you have a minute or two to explain your current issues and how you feel. Then the doctor might poke you or prod you and look for signs and symptoms to figure out your problem. And then – more often than not – the prescription pad comes out. Sure, sometimes you’ll have lab tests done or be referred to a specialist. But, more often than not, you’ll leave the office with several pieces of paper.

Off to the pharmacy you go. If you’re lucky, the prescriptions were sent electronically from the doctor to the pharmacy. But you’ll still wait a while for your pills.

In 30 to 60 days, your phone dings to remind you of that follow-up appointment you made before leaving the doctor’s office. Then, you’ll probably get more pills and another appointment.

Rinse and repeat…seemingly for years.

What’s the problem with this scenario? Plenty. First, your doctor doesn’t really have the time to think through your medical issues. For example… why do you have high blood pressure? What about your sky-high triglycerides? Most allopathic doctors do not search for the “why” when you have a problem. They know “I have this new wonder drug” to treat you.

And that’s about as far as your treatment goes. Over time, the drug you take causes side effects. Your doctor usually will add more drugs to counter the side effects of the first drugs.

Rinse and repeat…and you never get better! It’s a great business model for your doctor’s bottom line. Is it any wonder that health care makes up almost 20% of our economy? And the number one cause of bankruptcy is medical bills.

Are you tired of sky-high health insurance premiums and high medical bills – seemingly with no end in sight?

Back in the late 1800’s, medicine was completely different… and in many ways better than now. Really! There were a large number of Holistic Medicine Schools, which used mostly plant-based methods to treat a wide range of issues. They used supplements, vitamins, minerals and occasionally hormones to help patients.

The thinking back then went like this:

    1. What issue does the patient have (e.g. diabetes)?
    2. Why does the patient have that issue (e.g., heavy metal poisoning)?
    3. Can a lab test confirm my theory? (They had primitive tests back then)
    4. What natural method can I use to make this patient better…PERMANENTLY?

The idea back then was not to treat symptoms (like high blood pressure or diabetes), but to try try to figure out the CAUSE of the problem (inflammation, thyroid issues, etc.).

This highlights the main thrust of Holistic Medicine: the body will heal from almost any condition if you give it what it needs to heal. Patients would be treated for a limited time and at a comparatively low cost… and then go about their lives without follow-up trips to their doctor.

That’s bad for business…

So, around the turn of the 20th century, John D. Rockefeller (the oil guy) and Andrew Carnegie (the steel guy) had a brilliant idea. Let’s monetize medicine to make more money.

They literally bribed officials of some medical schools to convert the curriculum to pharmaceutical medicine. And it worked. More and more schools turned to teaching doctors Allopathic Medicine and received large grants from Carnegie and Rockefeller.

The Holistic Medicine schools shriveled up and died over the next two decades. Allopathic Medicine won.

For most of the past 100 years, the medical practice was Allopathic – which relies mostly on drugs. Over the years, the costs of the drugs have increased tremendously (I probably don’t have to tell you that!).

Patients got fed-up with huge medical bills. They had enough of the endless doctor appointments. And, they were sick and tired of being sick and tired.

More and more people are currently disappointed with our current “healthcare” system. When you think about it, it should be called “sickcare” management – because patients really never get better.

Those of us that have been left as roadkill (I think you know what I mean) by this system have gone out on our own…

Sometimes, a family member seems to have a hopeless condition.

Sometimes, it’s us!

In any case, someone makes the decision that I’m not going to allow this person to suffer…or die. Action is taken. The learning begins. And, more often than not, the “hopeless” case gets better.

That’s how I began my study of Holistic Medicine. After 12 years of suffering with severe neck pain…enduring 6 operations…being dependent on opioid painkillers…having chiropractors, physical therapists and 3 pain management specialist all fail me… I had enough! Within a year of beginning my studies, about half of my pain was gone. Today, 7 years later, I am almost pain free and leading a happy, productive live. One that I never imagined I would ever get back.

I would like to pass that knowledge to you…

But first, let’s address a commonly asked question:

Let’s start with statistics from Allopathic Medicine. Here are figures compiled in 2015 by Gary Null, PhD and Carolyn Dean, MD in “Death by Medicine”:

CONDITION                                      DEATHS                                      COST (BILLIONS OF $)
Adverse Drug Reactions 106,000 12
Medical Errors 98,000 2
Bedsores 115,000 55
Infection 88,000 5
Malnutrition 108,800 ???
Outpatients 199,000 77
Unnecessary Procedures 37,136 122
Surgery Related 32,000  9
TOTAL 783,936 282

Just to reiterate, in 2015, Allopathic Medicine killed almost 800,000 people at a cost of $ 282,000,000,000.00 dollars.

Now, Holistic Medicine:

Again, in 2015, Fox News reported that 23,000 patients visited emergency rooms after using “health” supplements. Many of these individuals used weight loss products or extra energy products. Nine percent required hospitalization. 21.6% of the patients were children under 5. Weight loss products accounted for 3,339 emergency room visits by women. Another 567 visits were for sexual enhancement products and 368 for body building products.

Among older adults, swallowing problems caused nearly 40 percent of emergency room visits for supplement-related adverse effects.

Another reputable source, ORTHOMOLECULAR MEDICINE, reported that in 2015 “No deaths from supplements. No deaths from minerals or amino acids. No deaths from Homeopathics or Herbs.”

So, you can make up your own mind. In my experience, the only reactions I have ever seen a patient have are diarrhea or stomach upset. Both were very temporary and quickly disappeared with adjustment of treatment.

It should also be noted that most Holistic Medicine treatments can be performed while working with an Allopathic physician that is open-minded enough to accept such treatment for his patient. And…more and more physicians are becoming more cooperative.

The usual feedback I get from my patients that work along with their physicians is that the doctor said “I don’t know what you are doing, but keep doing it!”

Most cases of seemingly “hopeless” neck pain become markedly better in just 90 days.

You need to embrace this program…clean up your diet…take selected supplements…stretch 15 minutes each and every day. It’s not magic. It does take some work on your part, but not that much.

You’ll feel better, look better, regain your quality of life and never be a slave to pills again.

Aren’t you worth it?
